I signed up for this online journal thing. Not sure why, just thought it might be interesting to see what other people have to say about my life. It's pretty interesting at times, but other times, it's a total SNOOZE... Oh well. Today was okay. My twin, Maci, had a friend of hers over last night, they kept me up all night... Course, I would've stayed up all night anyways. I'm a TOTAL night owl. I hate waking up in the morning unless it's past 12 or 1 pm. That's one of the main reasons I'm not a big fan of the whole "school" concept. Other reasons? Um, we're pretty moody during adolescence, which happens in middle and high school. Joy. Combine four grades of moody adolescents, and you have h***!! Woohoo. Okay, since this is a journal, maybe I should put some stats about me on it. Hmmm...

You know how I've always had a crush on Jake? Well, I guess I haven't mentioned him yet... New journal and everything. So, I've liked him for a while now. Probably since June this year. It all started when I decided to go with Alex to her church. He was standing outside at the front door, talking to some friends of his. I hopped out of the car, said "Bye, mom," and shut the car door. Alex was waiting for me over by Jake. I whispered "Alex, who is that?" She whispered back, "Jake. Jake Leons. Keep walking!" We walked over to the picnic tables, and sat on one of them. I said, "Whoa. Alex, I think I just developed a crush on that guy!" She poked me. "Whatever. You can't have a crush on someone without saying a word to them!" I dropped the subject, but I still like him a lot. He hangs out with us sometimes on the nights that I go, and I can never shake the feeling that I'm missing something pretty obvious. His sister, Raleigh, think he has a crush on me, but come on. A 19 yr old guy, with a crush on a 16 yr old? As if. Oops, gotta run, Maci has a game that she's cheering for!
